This is Juniper's Chapter 1

A metroidvania-turn-based-RPG hybrid about Juniper, a girl that finds herself in a quest to avoid a politician getting into power.

Ashe Brickner is the only candidate to control Byggetopp, a city close to Juniper, and he found out that west, below a tree there's a large petroleum reservoir and wants to take it all.

However, that tree is special to Juniper, since she visited there with her granny to rest, so she will do everything in her power to avoid that happening.

The combat is similar to Undertale. The enemy has a turn in which you can evade their attacks. The battle is confined into small zones, so if the battle stops, when entering again, it restarts. In your turn you have 4 options: ATTACK, which is just attacking an enemy; SPECIAL, which does damage based on PP (Purification Points); ITEM, to use an item; DEFEND, to take less damage from enemy attacks. Purifying a contaminant rewards you with money and XP.
